A federal juge ruled on Tuesday that AT&T can proceed with its $85.4 billion acquisition of Time Warner. Judge Richard Leon ruled the deal is legal and he did not impose any conditions on the merger. Today’s ruling comes as part of the antitrust lawsuit levied by the Justice Department last year. Now that the merger has been given the go ahead, AT&T will add Time Warner’s content to its existing paid TV subscription....

Following the last month’s explosion that knocked offline Foxconn’s iPad 2 assembly facility in Chengdu, China and left three killed and at least fifteen injured, the news is reaching us that the assembly line has resumed operation.
