According to a report from MSN News/MacRumors, U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh has invalidated part of the $1 billion originally awarded to Apple in its patent infringement case against Samsung in August 2012. A new report today corroborates that, stating that the depth-sensing feature for rear cameras is ‘in the design’ for at least one of this year’s iPhone 12 models.
