Isaacson rejected to turn-in his notes as evidence. His lawyers asked the District Attorney to rid of the subpoena two-weeks ago, citing the journalist Shield law. A judge then ruled that Isaacson does not have to turn-in his notes as evidence, reported Publishers Weekly. Whilst a timeframe has yet to leak out, historical patterns point to September 6th as a likely date. The iPhone was the best-selling tech product of 2017, says a USA Today report, outselling all the products in slots #2 to #5 combined. It follows news that Apple dominated device activations leading up to Christmas. Famed former head of Apple’s iPod devision and current founder and CEO of Nest Tony Fadell was recently spotted showing off the Jony Ive-designed and auctioned Product (RED) Mac Pro and Gold EarPods. Jenelle Evans, of Teen Mom, has taken legal action against David Eason and issued a protection order on behalf of herself and her three children: Jace, Kaiser, and Ensley, who is Eason’s son. The documentation for the restraining order contained some horrific details of the abuse Evans has experienced during her relationship with Eason. Evans announce her divorce from Eason October 31 after two years of marriage.
