There is no sign of an official announcement or a test that will confirm that Vivo S6 5G is a waterproof smartphone. There is no IP rating available, so it is safe to assume that the phone is neither waterproof nor water-resistant.

You can have professional-level pictures. The Front has a 32 MP f/2.0 Camera, which I more than enough to have perfect selfies.

The phone has dual Nano SIM-card slots; both slots support GSM, 3G,4G, and 5G connectivity. Other connectivity options like WLAN, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth, GPS, headphone jack, and USB Type-C are all included. S6 has Fingerprint on-screen, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and magnetometer sensors. It has 4500mAh non-removal lithium-ion battery, which supports 18W of fast charging.

Vivo S6 5G Waterproof Test

In our waterproof test, we will dip the device in a bowl filled with half water for 1:30 minutes. So we can say that this device is really tough, indestructible and great and passes or water test.

After conducting the waterproof test, we have the results now. The new Vivo S6 5G is not a fully waterproof device. However, it is dustproof and splashproof to some extent. After conducting the waterproof test, the device got severe water damage in the screen portion. So we recommend users not to use this device near water and take full precaution.
