Apple introduced iWork.com at Macworld in 2009 as a beta web service for sharing and collaborating on documents created in the iWork ’09 productivity suite. Since then the site has remained in a perpetual “beta” state, never becoming the full product Apple envisioned. Like MobileMe, which was shut down one month ago, most of iWork.com’s features have been moved to iCloud, thus removing the need for iWork.com to exist any longer....
Jailbreak developer Elias Limneos has accomplished a feat with his jailbroken device that some are hoping will eventually be a standard feature on iPhones. He’s made it so that his jailbroken iPhone responds to NFC-enabled devices. Thus far, Limneos has tested his hack with NFC-enabled tags, but the proof of concept holds promise for jailbroken iPhone users. Jamf, the popular Apple device management platform, has announced a new partnership and integrated solution with TRUCE Software. With the Jamf and TRUCE integration, organizations will be able to use located-based device management for iOS devices to offer additional safety and privacy implementations when at work, and the device will return to normal when leaving. If this product works as advertised, I see huge potential. The new $99 Kanex mLinq adapter (PDF) does something pretty simple and incredible. It plugs into your Intel-based Mac’s USB port and outputs to HDMI at full 1920×1080 (1080P) HD resolution…with sound. The device is even powered by the USB port so there are no messy extra wires to contend with. You will need to install some software first (provided) but if it works at a respectable frame rate, this product is a winner in our book....

Telecoms analyst Michael Cote of the Cote Collaborative made the claims in chat with CNN. A CNBC report claims that Apple has received more than 3.4M pre-orders for the iPhone SE through retailers in China. The report says that gold was the most popular color, accounting for 1.3M orders, with rose gold close behind at 1.2M.
